Bidding is meant to be fun, but remember that each bid you place enters you into a binding contract. As a general rule, you are not allowed to retract or cancel a bid.

HOW TO BID:

We try to represent each item as clearly as we can. Photos can help, but colors can vary slightly and sizes and shipping weights are listed to the best of our ability. Carefully read the information provided for the item you are interested in. If you have questions, please use the E-mail Button at the bottom of each page. Choose your item or items to bid on. You may select as many as you are comfortable paying for if you have the final bid. Click on the BID NOW Button adjacent to each item. An E-mail will open, already pre-addressed and Subject Line added. DO NOT change Subject Line. Note: some Outlook mail programs will refuse to send the pre-addressed bid email. If this happens, you can either use the large E-mail button near the bottom of each page and send a bid that way...or open your own blank e-mail and send a bid using the email address provided on the original one.  You MUST include the Item # or else the Bid will not be accepted. Input your Bid Amount (in rounded US dollars only). Subsequent Bids will be accepted in increments of $1.00 above Current bid amount. Hit SEND and the E-mail will be sent to an Adrian’s Angels Moderator for confirmation. The starting/Beginning Bid is the amount shown in the left-hand column above each item. The Current bid amount is shown in the right-hand column. If the Current Bid is $0.00, the first bid allowable is the amount shown as the Beginning Bid. You must meet the Beginning Bid. No bids will be accepted if they are less than Beginning Bid. You must bid for each item separately. All bids are active until the Auction ends or you are outbid. You will receive a return E-mail notifying you of receipt of your Bid. If you do not recieve a notifying email within 12 hours, please contact us immediately! Use the large Email button on any page.

All Bids are accepted on a 1st come basis, and in the event of a tie, the determinating factor shall be the time stamp of E-mail receipt. In the event that you have been outbid you shall receive an E-mail notice informing you of this. At this time, if you are still interested in bidding on the item, please return to the AA Online Auction page and use the BID NOW Button once again.

WINNING BIDS:

All items are to be paid with   unless otherwise noted. When the listing ends, you'll receive an e-mail indicating whether you've won the item and an Invoice will be sent via PayPal. Instructions will be given as to how you may pay. If you win an Item, you are obligated to purchase the item. All payments are requested through PayPal (you do not need an account to utilize this feature) unless otherwise arranged with Rileah Ringo. DO NOT pay for item until your Invoiced!! You will be invoiced within forty-eight (48) hours after the end of the Auction. Payment in full is expected within forty-eight (48) hours after you are invoiced. If you are unable to pay using PayPal, please contact Rileah Ringo at: ringodesign@aol.com to discuss alternative methods of payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All items ship from Albuquerque, New Mexico 87123 USA unless otherwise stated. All items are packaged and weighed. The shipping weight given for each item may not be exact, it is just an estimate. Some bidders may have multiple items shipping to a single address, the items will be re-packaged and mailed in the least expensive way possible and the shipping charges may/or may not be reduced.
