A criminal gang of weapons dealers in the United States kills a
policeman, Andrew Chambers played by Adrian Paul. The policeman's
partner Rudy (Robert Madrid) asks the father of the
murdered cop -- Roger Chambers (Michael York),
a retired British secret service agent -- to help him find the killers,
who are hiding in Russia. Disguised as tourists, the two of them take
off for Moscow to find the killers and deal in intrigue.
